Challenge with Lo


I needed a challenge and was lucky to find this one.

DAY ONE7 km/4,35 miles jogging, 20 push-ups and AB challenge*DAY TWO
40 minutes rope skipping, 25 push-ups and AB challenge*DAY THREE
Zumba, 20 push-ups and AB challenge*DAY FOUR
AB challenge, this was an easy one! Good because I have a sore throat*DAY FIVE
Spinning, 25 push-ups and AB challenge*DAY SIX
AB challenge*DAY SEVEN
40 minutes rope skipping, 25 push-ups and AB challenge
First week done!!

DAY 8
Work out, AB challenge rest day
DAY 9
Spinning, 25 push-ups and AB challenge
DAY 10
Zumba, 25 push-ups and AB challenge
DAY 11
jogging, wokout and AB challenge
DAY 12, fredag
spinning, AB  challenge rest day
had to rest from challenge for three days, had a bad back
DAY 13, tisdag
spinning, 25 push-ups and AB challenge
DAY 14
Zumba, 30 push-ups and AB challenge
DAY 15
Work out, jogging, 30 push-ups and AB challenge
DAY 17
Spinning, 35 push-ups and AB challenge
DAY 16
AB challenge rest day
